first of all, let me say it's a very interesting work.
the composition is rich. I perticularly like the frame part. it reminds me of some art nouveau painting. It also makes your work looks like a tarot card.
the symbolic part of this work is also interesting. the moon, the bird, the key hole give mystery. It makes me think of some spiritual elevation.
on the technical part, I think the coloring could have been improved. your moonlight rays are okay, tought they could have been a bit thiner and more numerous, to create a real lighting effect. The bird is very well drawn, the details are amazing, but it lacks coloring and shading. It seems a bit plain compared to the rest of your work. That's a pity.
